New stud welding machine BMS-9 Automatic. Can be combined with automatic loading gun or welding table
The search for new solutions drives Soyer Bolzenschweißtechnik GmbH – D -, distributed in Italy for more than 40 years by E.O.I. Tecne, to study more performing technologies for stud welding of which it is the market leader.
The new compact and fast Soyer BMS-9 welding device is given the possibility to operate also Soyer manual guns and benches. The standard equipment for automatic welding, which in the past was the responsibility of only 88,000 microfarad machines, is implemented in the successful model with inverter charging of the 66,000 or 99,000 microfarad capacitor bank.
It can be combined:
- to the PS-3A automatic welding gun, suitable for Ø2mm-M8 threaded studs and studs. Welding studs can be fed manually or fully automatically using compressed air in combination with a SOYER UVR-300 universal feeder. Ensures absolutely precise pin placement.
- to the powerful and economical bench welding system PTS-2 with SK-5AP stud welding head. Slim and compact, it has a unique feature: the stud feed system that can be quickly converted to other diameters from Ø2 to M8.
Lift height and immersion depth are indicated on the clear digital display.
