ALPEWA

From sheet metal work to metal working machinery and tools

The sheet metal sector never stops surprising us: seemingly tied to ‘traditional’ technologies and machines, it instead proves to be dynamic and rapidly evolving in terms of machines and technologies but also in terms of the dynamism of the companies.
Alpewa, a Bolzano-based company founded in 1948 as a sheet metal company, today operates on the Italian and European markets with its three locations in Italy, Austria and Germany and through its two divisions: machinery and equipment for sheet metal working and roofing and façade systems.
Alpewa has grown rapidly thanks to its continuous quest to diversify the market in which it operates, as stated by company CEO Andreas Koler, and today presents itself as a point of reference for craftsmen working in the field of building envelope cladding. In its incessant technological research, the company has therefore selected the best brands in Europe among the manufacturers of metal roofing and façade systems and not only, distinguishing itself for its proposals capable of satisfying both functional and aesthetic requirements.
The brilliant results achieved have led to an investment plan for the next three to four years, which is around €10 million and includes all three branches of the company.
In particular, in Italy in 2023 there will be an expansion of the production and warehouse space, which will be doubled. This will involve a renewal of the machine park, with the latest technology, and implementation of digitization.

MACHINERY AND TOOLS
Alpewa presents itself as a qualified partner for the most differentiated and demanding interlocutors, supplying machinery and equipment for sheet metal processing: double crimping systems, single and double bending machines, profiling machines, cutting lines
For its participation in the Lamiera exhibition scheduled from 10 to 13 May, Alpewa has selected its two top brands: Asco and Schechtle. German manufacturers one of single and double flag bending machines and cutting lines and manual and automatic bending machines the other.
In particular, the following will be presented by Asco: the new Variobend full-electric V 2.5 bending machine. An innovation in the

The new Variobend full electric V 2.5 is an innovation in the world of bending machines that takes Variobend to a higher level among bending machine manufacturers, positioning it as one of the largest manufacturers in Europe, with around 130 machines per year, while also offering after-sales service packages with annual maintenance intervals.
Not only bending machines but also cutting lines.
Slinet S 1.5 is the name of the new, innovative cutting line that will be presented at the fair. This machine combines top quality with ease of use and maximum flexibility and automation.
The modular system features 3 modules that can be flexibly added according to the required setup. The SLINET S 1.5 cutting line enables precise cuts with minimal set-up times.
Upon request, the small, fully automated 2-tonne coil magazine module can also be added. Up to 10 coils can be stored in the same space!
As for the historical brand with which Alpewa has always collaborated: SCHECTHL. The MAX-F model will be presented: the motorised bending machine, ideal for roofing and facade work. The main and innovative feature of the model is the maximum bending freedom thanks to the Schechtl F-Geometry, which allows
– more space for profile geometries:
– 14 mm free space behind the bending point
– Ease of production of omega and smaller profiles, without special tools.

These and other innovations, only at the LAMIERA trade fair. We look forward to seeing you from 10 to 13 May: Hall 15 stand E08.
