PATENTED TECHNOLOGIES

OmniHead: maximum bending cell flexibility, without the need for fixed references. The picking and centering of the pieces to be bent are performed after the robot has identified the work zones within its area, allowing the handling of pieces with different and difficult shapes, without having to retool the cell.

OmniBoa: avoids failures and production stops due to tension and breakage of the cable bundle, present in all robotic systems. It brings the pneumatic and electrical connection to the grippers by managing automatically the different lengths of the protection system, according to the twisting of the robot’s wrist.
