Italy plays a primary role in the field of sheet metal forming machines and technologies
With a production of 3.4 billion euro, up by 8% over the previous year, in 2023, the ltalian industry of metal forming machines and technologies strengthened its second position in the world ranking of manufacturers. But it did even better in terms of exports. Thanks to an increase of almost 30% in foreign sales to a value of 1.8 billion euro, Italy again came in second place in this ranking as well, in both cases outdistancing its pursuers.
Then, with 1.9 billion domestic consumption, Italy is the third world market of these technologies, whose demand is expected to increase in the three-year period 2025-2027. Many reasons to participate in LAMIERA 2025!
