MICROSTEP
Multifunctional CNC cutting machines: Power Up Your Production with CyberFab
From domes and thick-section oxyfuel beveling to complex plasma cuts, high-precision laser weld preps and high-performance drilling jobs – MicroStep delivers. Visit us at our stand F52 in hall 15.
As a leading provider of advanced CNC cutting technologies, we will be showcasing our latest innovations designed to enhance productivity, precision, and flexibility in metal processing. From high-performance bevel cutting solutions to integrated automation and digitalization solutions, our products are built to meet the needs of today’s competitive manufacturing landscape.
At Lamiera 2025, MicroStep will present our whole range of processing capabilities, highlighted by the increasingly popular laser beveling technology, enabling precise bevel cuts up to 45°, from small contours to variable bevels. Whether it is direct beveling or complex beveled edges Y, X and K achieved with ABP® process – with dozens of laser bevel heads installed over the last few years, MicroStep has established laser bevel cutting as an efficient, uncomplicated and reliable process that aims to be commonly used for weld preparation. All laser bevel heads are calibrated via MicroStep’s industry-leading auto-calibration system ACTG®.
Besides fiber laser, MicroStep also offers highly reliable and efficient bevel cutting solutions using plasma, oxyfuel, and waterjet technologies, along with additional capabilities such as drilling, milling, and marking. Our machines can handle a wide range of materials, including pipes, plates, beams, domes, and specially-shaped products, with options for automated material handling, part sorting, and seamless production management through our in-house developed CyberFab Manager CAPP solution.
As a bonus, at Lamiera we will be announcing our new, industry-leading drilling head with 35 kW spindle power, capable of high-performance drilling and milling.
