Automate your production process

In a sector where automation is becoming increasingly important, we are committed to providing differentiated solutions that meet the different needs of our customers. Automating the bending process allows you to halve processing times, eliminate risks associated with bending, and work on multiple shifts without operator assistance. It is with this in mind that we present our Modular and HPR (High-Performance Robotic) robotic cells, designed to combine the bending machine with a collaborative or industrial robot. Our extensive range of REACTIVA bending machines, from 25 tons for 1.2 meters to 300 tons for 4 meters, can be associated with a cobot or an anthropomorphic robot based on the processing to be performed and the size and weight of the parts to be bent.

Our robotic cells are complemented by a series of optional features, some of which will be presented during the fair: automatic mold change and mobile robots AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), both designed to increase business productivity.
