The opening ceremony of LAMIERA, an international event dedicated to the world of cutting, deformation and sheet metal processing (scheduled from 6 to 9 May at fieramilano Rho) was held on Tuesday 6 May at 10.30 am at the LAMIALAMIERA arena, hall13 A00. Speakers at the meeting: Carlo Bonomi, president of Fiera Milano, Raffaele Cattaneo, undersecretary to the Regione Lombardia Presidency, Matteo Zoppas, president of ICE-Agenzia* and Riccardo Rosa, president of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE. The ceremony hosted the presentation of the study carried out by CEU-CENTRO ESPOSIZIONI UCIMU in collaboration with PwC, “The sector of deformation machines: trends, challenges and opportunities” curated by Sandro Bicocchi, PwC Partner, Office Studies and Institutional Relations, and Ivan Lavatelli, PwC Partner, Core Operations Leader and, following, the round table “The point of view of customer sectors” moderated by Fabrizio Garnero, editorial director of TecnoLamiera.
