From Tuesday 11 to Friday 14 May 2027, fieramilano Rho will host the twenty-fourth edition of LAMIERA, the international exhibition dedicated to the industry of sheet metal forming and cutting machine tools and innovative technologies related to the sector.
Over the years the trade show has become one of the leading appointments in the international panorama of events focused on the world of sheet metal forming and cutting, a field in which Italy stands out, holding the second position in the world ranking of production and exports and the third in the consumption one.
Promoted by UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, the Italian machine tools, robots and automation systems manufacturers’ association, and organised by CEU-CENTRO ESPOSIZIONI UCIMU, LAMIERA is the only trade fair in Italy exclusively dedicated to the metal forming sector. An event chosen by more and more Italian and foreign companies to present a preview of their projects and innovative solutions.
Machines, plants, equipment for processing sheet metal, tubes, profiles, wires and structural metal fabrication, presses, moulds and dies, moulding, surface treatments and finishing, parts, components, accessories, tooling, fastener materials, technical and industrial subcontracting represent the heart of the exhibition, which will show the best of the new state-of-the-art technologies. As a side note, the event will emphasize a special focus on some technological themes related to machine tools.
In addition, for this edition too, LAMIERA will propose a Revamping & Retrofitting area focused on machines and plants that have been adequately renewed and equipped with new functionalities to meet the needs of a market that is complementary to that of “new machinery”.
