The price quotation includes participation fee, any surcharges for the open sides, admission fee, any amount for exhibited companies and services fee.

VAT, as per Law if due, must be added to the total amount due.

ADMISSION FEE: € 350 (for all exhibitors)

AMOUNT FOR EACH EXHIBITED COMPANY: € 250
(only for agents, representatives, branches, dealers, consortia)

THE SERVICES FEE OF € 14/sq.m INCLUDES:

  • standard cleaning of the stand
  • equipment of fire-extinguishers according to Law
  • municipal advertising tax
  • installed electric power uo to 10 kW
  • WI-FI connection
  • parking cards for parking area inside the Exhibition Quarter
  • inurance pursuant to art. 20 of the General Rules
  • Online catalog services
  • payment of royalties resulting from eventual audio-visual installations on stands, that are subject to legally required payments.

 SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PARTICIPATION FEE:

  • Exhibition area, excluding setting-up
  • Air-conditioned hall during the Exhibition
  • General day and night surveillance
  • General fire prevention
  • Stand sign panel
  • Entry in the printed Official Catalogue
  • Entry in the Visitor’s Guide, distributed free of charge at the reception
  • Entry in the online catalogue and in the APP of the Exhibition
  • Advertisement, promotional material
  • Exhibitor Passes in a quantity specified in art. 25.2 of the General Rules
  • Printed official catalogue: up to 100 sq.m 2 copies, over 3 copies
  • Complementary events arranged by the Organiser as in the Exhibition programme; conferences, hospitality of delegations of trade operators, of Italian and foreign Authorities and conference speakers
  • Personalised customers invitations.

AMOUNTS TO BE PAID WITH THE APPLICATION

  • Advance payment € 90 / requested sq.m
  • € 350 (admission fee for all exhibitors)
  • Possible amount of € 250 for each exhibited company and/or indicated in the Application Form
