AVVISO IMPORTANTE
We have been informed that some exhibitors received
from FAIRGUIDE - Construct
Data Verlag and Commercial Online Manuals S de
RL de CV (from Mexico)
some forms requesting the confirmation of their data
for a free of charge insertion
in different guides published on the web
fair-guide.com and expo-guide.com.
This form includes the name of our fair, but it is not
absolutely linked either
to our exhibition or to our organisation: we already
enjoined Construct Data
Verlag not to use our names or logos in any form
whatsoever.
ATTENTION: this is, actually, a real contract and
undersigning it your Company
will be obliged to pay 1,171 Euro per year.
For information: the Competition and Market Guarantor
Authority (www.agcm.it)
with sentence no. 10802 (PI3489E) – PUBBLICAZIONE FAIR
GUIDE - of May 30, 2002
declared in the past as misleading the forms sent by
"Construct Data Verlag
GmbH" and it had subsequently condemned this Company
with sentence no. 15531
of May 24, 2006.
WE SUGGEST THEREFORE TO READ IT CAREFULLY AND NOT TO
ACCEDE TO THESE COMMERCIAL
PROPOSALS
